Adele has announced new dates for her cancelled concert series in Las Vegas. She announced that the British singer would do her first show on November 18.
She was actually supposed to perform in the American gambling city between January and April but cancelled the entire concert series 24 hours in advance. In a video on Instagram, a crying Adele said that it was not possible to put on a good show due to delays due to the corona pandemic and infected crew members.
“Words cannot describe how ecstatic I am to be able to announce these shows finally,” Adele now writes on Instagram. She thanks her fans for their patience. “I was really devastated that I had to cancel them. But after what feels like an eternity (…) I’m more excited than ever! Now I know that my decision was terrible for some of you, and it will I’m always sorry, but I assure you it was the right decision.”
In addition to the 24 postponed shows, eight new concerts have also been announced. The series now runs through March 2023. Tickets will be available for purchase from August 3.
